Facilities Management’s Financial & Business Services department provides all of the customer service and financial support necessary to maintain the business FM. Additionally, Financial & Business Services provides office-computing support, administration of Western’s Facility Information Management System (FIMS) and maintenance of FM’s computer network interfaces.
The Financial & Business Services department also provides management oversight of FM Materials Management (purchasing, receiving, and invoice processing activities), Fleet Management and long-term leasing of vehicles to campus departments, and Fleet Maintenance Services.
